No matter what kind of restaurant you’re running, I believe there is a place for wild food on every menu. It can be fancy, or it can be down home - and it’s always going to be fun. I will review your current and past menus or beverages and offer suggestions on how to incorporate wild foods and flavors into your kitchen, bar, or brewery.
